Live agent?? AI chat is garbage. I need tech-support.
How do I get in touch with a live agent this chat bot is a [Edited: "Language"]. It has looped me through the same Elementary school level, troubleshooting advice, four times and hung up on me twice. All it keeps telling me to do is restart my modem. Honestly, I’ve wasted over two hours of my life with this [Edited: "Language"] and I need to get it resolved. It interrupted my Ability to do my job from home.
I am pretty sure my modem was dropped from my account… I need to speak to a live tech agent to make sure my modem is registered as the active device.
