Link Expired While Updating My Plan
Hi, I hope you are having a good day. I was talking to an agent to change my plan and received a link by email. The email said the link would expire in 72 hours. I had to step away for a few hours, and when I came back and tried to use the link, it no longer worked. I wonder if there is a way to receive the link again or reconnect with the agent.
