Line Reroutiing?

Our neighbor is cutting down trees and they have to disconnect our internet line. Property management notified us that we need to get with our internet provider to come out and reroute the line. I can't find anywhere to ask for this support. Anyone know how to go about this?

Hello, @user_bcx79o! Thank you for taking the time to visit our Xfinity Community Forum, and for posting this question about re-routing an exterior Xfinity line. Great question! You've come to the right place for help :) Our team is awesome to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to find you the right solution, helping in any way we need to. By chance, have you tried to request a line relocation via the Xfinity Assistant? I believe we provide self-service ticket options to customers and non-customers alike concerning outside lines through the assistant, but if you have any trouble trying it that way, just let us know! We should be able to get a ticket in for you as well.

The Assistant won't help me schedule an appointment for a technician, it keeps trying to have me troubleshoot or modify an existing appointment. When I go to submit a ticket via the support center, my issue isn't listed, and I can't find where to make an appointment is on the main page.
