Line Removal
Hello - We use a buried fiber optic cable for internet. We would like the aerial xfinity communication line remove from our home and taken back to the street. I have called customer service 4+ times. The first time, a tech came out but left the cable attached to our home. The next calls ended with a promise that the issue would be resolved, but no tech ever showed up. The last call (after spending hours on the phone) asserted that xfinity would not remove the line from my home. We do not want or need the line. I can remove it from my home myself, but that would leave it dangling at the street as it's not near a pole. What are the next steps to get this line that we don't need removed from our home?
