Line burial. Still exposed one year later. Will cause injury to life and property.
There is a line that runs through my yard that I have called over 5 times about to have buried. The line doesn’t even service my house, it goes to a neighbor. Each time, the Xfinity customer service promises a tech will come out. A tech always comes out to verify the line is there. The tell me a person will later come to bury the line. The city has marked the yard each time for underground utilities and then the line never gets buried. It is a tripping hazard and the landscapers are liable to cut the line one day. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
