Lightning strike through Comcast line

Hello.  This week lightning struck the Comcast box right outside my house.  It scared the [Edit: Language] out of me.  It destroyed three cable boxes and my tvs. I know for sure it came through the Comcast box because my two tvs that were on Roku sticks were just fine along with everything else.  The Xfinity chat lady told me to call the tv company.  I had all of my things on surge protectors.  Never did I think Comcast was not doing what they were supposed to do with their equipment.  Please tell me who I need to talk to about this mess.  And I don’t want someone coming out to lie and say it is grounded when it’s not.  I will have an independent here to inspect alongside with Comcast.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_cisk9o We had a lighting and thunderstorm just the other day so I can relate to how frightening it can be if it struck right by you. Just to confirm you had everything on surge protectors but not your Xfinity boxes. Is that correct?

All plugs were in surge protectors even plugs of cable boxes. However, the coaxial cables coming out of the wall to the boxes did not.
