Lied to by an employee from Comcast named ashwin

I had contacted xfinity support to try to get an installment plan added to my bill to allow me to break down what I owe over a few months. The associate ashwin assured me that he had taking care of that for me and said he could also get me a better plan to help me save money. At the end of the conversation ashwin told me I would receive an email shortly with the information about my installment plan. I told him I never got that email but the rest he sent. He told me not to worry those are his exact words. So I clarified that my services would not be interrupted due to the installment plan that he had supposedly set up. Only to talk to someone today over chat to find out he lied to me and was told there was nothing they could do. I plan on switching my services and im going to leave a public review so everyone knows they are being lied to and conned in some way. This is terrible customer service especially for customers who are loyal and have paid there bill every month.
