Lied to as well. Agents scamming customers?

It's starting to seem like a directive from Xfinity management to get people to switch from their old plans by outright lying  to them that their channel lineups won't change if they "upgrade" to their new 5 year guarantee. On a recorded line I was told that I could save $100 per month and have faster internet with the same channel lineup. When that turned out to be a bait and switch outright lie. The company excuse seems to be that it was a "bad agent" but refuse to make ot right. What i'm starting to believe is that this sounds more and more like a class action  lawsuit in the works for hundreds of millions of dollars against Xfinity. Plenty of evidence. Companies that are regulated oligopolies like this should be held responsible for their employees and there's clearly a pattern here of misleading customers.

@bigscrodd Thanks for posting to the community and sharing your feedback. We know keeping the channels you watch is important. When making any changes, it's important to review and compare the current features or channels in any new packages, as they do change from time to time. That is important to keep in mind, as there is no way to switch back to something that is unavailable. We have the list of channels and their packages to review on this https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup page. It helps show all the new channel packages and channels that are available.

This just happened to me! They even changed my billing email so I never saw the bill, signed me up for auto debit, and set up paperless billing which I explicitly said no to and they signed me up for a mobile line!

Your company is negligent in deception practices promoting your customer service and supervisors to calm the situation by guarateeing credits but never follow through.  I have had a promise from a rep of 60.00 then she switched me to a manager that said he would apply another 60.00.  A total of $120.00 I have their names but if needed will provide to you at a later date.  The credit was never applied so I called the company again and was told it would be on my next statement.  Again, it was not on my July statement so again I called.  First to get to a rep is almost impossible.  Then you speak to overseas as I had a rep from Egypt.  They have no recourse of resolving the situation so then they promise again and never deliver.  I've been with your company for over 20 years and I am fed up with the lies and deception

I want to speak to a MANAGER not anyone else that can resolve my concern and provide exactly what these supervisors and employees promised.  I can be reached at [Edited: "Personal Information"].  I don't want this to go by the wayside as I am not allowing your company to proceed with your promises that never deliver.

Sincerely,

 [Edited: "Personal Information"]
