Laying line at new construction
Hi,
I am a current Xfinity customer and in the process of building a new home. I know Xfinity is available in the area. What is the process for running a cable to the house in preparation of service? It's challenging to find any details. The best I could find is https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/underground-wiring, which doesn't indicate how to *initiate* such a request.
Ditching will already occur soon for other utilities. Given that we have a 330' setback from the road, it would be a waste to pay for another ditch later just for Xfinity -- at that point, we might as well cancel our >$100/mo high speed plan and go with Starlink or another competitor.
What's the process here?
