Latency has more than tripled since Comcast did upgrades to service area. I was getting 10-15 now I am over 50ms just to get to Atlanta

Subject: Significant increase in latency following recent area network upgrades

Description: Since the recent network upgrades performed in my service area, my latency has more than tripled. Previously, I was consistently achieving the advertised speeds or higher (10-15ms range), but performance has degraded significantly since these changes were implemented. Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there are any known connectivity problems in my area? 

After trying the chat, an agent said they placed monitoring on my connection, but I have not gotten any results since then after a week, and when I call back, no one knows what I am talking about.
