Late fee refund

An expired card was on file and because of this I was charged a late fee. This has never happened before as we always pay on time. Is there any way based on our excellent payment history that this can be waived?

Hey there, user_ds4k9q, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your late fee. I know how inconvenient it is to have to update all of your cards once you have a card expire. I would be happy to see what we can do regarding the fee. We truly appreciate you making your payments on time! 

 
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
