Landscapers cut my xfinity line and it need it replaced

I have a service appointment scheduled for tomorrow, but I want to make sure they know that the line was cut and will need to be replaced with approx 30 feet of new cable. I do not need anyone to bury the line, just replace the old cable. Can you please let me know how I can ensure this message is relayed to the field team so they are prepared and do not need to come back after tomorrow?

Hi there @user_0u1c6d ! Techs should normally be equipped to replace that length of coax, but I can note it on the work order for you as well.
