Landline not accepting incoming calls

My landline isn’t accepting incoming calls. I have unplugged and tried to reset. Can you do a reset on your end or what do I need to do

You have reached out to the right team, and we are going to do everything that we can to get this taken care of for you.  Have you tried calling into your landline?  If so, can you tell me if there is any ringing or error message received?

Hey there, @hkalin. Have you attempted to restart the modem and the phone's base station? Same question that was asked above, have you attempted to call into the line having an issue? If so, is it constantly ringing, going to a busy signal, or what message is being generated ? Are you able to make outbound calls?
