Lack of response

I was told by supervisor that a manger would call me today between 2-5pm via chat. This is the second time a manger was supposed to call me back. Now I am requesting that a manager call me back for the third time

Maybe I am blind but I don’t see any chat icon to press so I called xfinity again to have manager call me back and was assured that they would never did. So for the fifth time I am requesting that a manager call me back.
