Keeping Xfinity email active in temporary location

We are selling our home and moving to an Airbnb for about 6 months while our new home is being built. (All 3 locations are in the Xfinity service area), The Airbnb has all Xfinity services provided as part of the rent and I cannot "move" my existing services to the Airbnb.

What are my options for keeping my Xfinity email active during this 6 month window until our new home is built?

Hello there, @user_c499d3! Thanks for visiting our Xfinity Community Forum and posting your question about keeping your email active while in transition between the old and new location. Great question! And you've come to the right place :) Our Digital Care Team is the best to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review every option available to you. Since it sounds like the buyer(s) of your home will move in and possibly start their own services while you stay in the Airbnb, and you can't transfer the account to the temporary address since the owner already has service, you'll likely need to cancel your account and simply restart service once the new home is ready. If you're mainly concerned about email access, you can still access your Xfinity email even if you disconnect your Xfinity service, as long as you log into your email account through the Xfinity website within 90 days of disconnecting your service and access it at least once every nine months to keep it active! See this article for more information, and let me know if that helps!

@XfinitySara Thank you very much for the quick response! The solution you described is great and will help us stay "connected" during this time period.
