Keep getting tricked by your customer service people.
Fees keep changing all the time. Every time I talk to a customer service rep they are from a different country and hard to understand. They keep signing me up for services I never agreed too. They signed me up for TV channels and I don’t even use that. This keeps happening. I don’t want to take it any further but this is becoming ridiculous.
