Just want Internet

I don't need the cable or phone, but I need the Internet, there are no options to cancel these two, I don't want to pay for what I am not using (I literally have to phone hooked up), I just want the Internet, that's it

Were you able to cancel tv/phone and leave the internet?  I am trying to do the same but I don't know how to do this online.

Seems by design. Last month I found the phone number to call customer support, was on hold til I think I saw a star burn out and become a white dwarf. Finally got someone to talk to, expressed my desire to see if there was an available deal or else just shed everything else (Tv) and keep the singular internet that I wanted.. that took over an hour back and forth, "the system is slow", "let's see what we have", "can you hold on, please".. When, finally, it seems as though we could get somewhere I am told I need to be transferred to department that can make those account/service changes.. On hold for yet another age.. So long that my phone (admittedly I didn't start out at 100%) ran out of battery. 

 

Now I'm back because yet another billing cycle has come and gone with services I'm not using.. So now I'm back on the Comast site to try and find that phone number and start all over.. only, for love nor money can I find where I can call and speak to any human. All "deals" presented to me online are even more expensive that what I currently have. Tried the chat support, but that's apparently some AI Bot because that's not getting me anywhere.

 

I finally tracked the number down, apparently everyone but me knew what it was (1-888-comcast), and took care of it. Got a service agent that was courteous, understanding, and quick. Took care of it in short order.

You can call them at 1-800-COMCAST. But be prepared to wait through all the automation.
