Just fyi

Legal action will be taken. Spent 4 hours in the phone with reps yesterday one of which kept me on the phone 47 minutes refusing to transfer me to a supervisor. And none can fix my issue just shakily try to get me to agree to a payment plan to resume services but no I’m not agreeing to something I don’t owe that’s thievery on your companies part. You’re being shady. And yes I have the calls recorded on my phone and though none of your reps documented a single thing which is also illegal I did document it all so hello Patrick and Nathan
