just bought a pretty expensive WiFi package and set it up myself it works then crashes and I can’t get anybody on the phone for days
new customer and the first few days I already regret it. Bought a large WiFi package set it up myself it works then crashes come fused what I payed for, I can’t get a single human on the phone and the robot keeps asking questions and no answers. As a third day customer still can’t get what I payed for to work or even talk to anyone from the company. Frankly Boo heard a lot about xfinity I expected more,
