Juction box damaged

The junction box outside our house was damaged when the city came to repair our water main. I tried to get it back to how it was before but I don't know what I'm doing well enough and I'd rather have someone experienced with this to take a look at it. While the box is a little damaged, we don't seem to be experiencing any service issues as a result. I'd just like to avoid weather shorting anything out. I've attached an image of the box. Thank you.
