Joined Xfinity in December 2024 still haven't received my Amazon gift card

Joined Xfinity Internet with 1100 Mbps plan in December 2024 still haven't received my $200 Amazon gift card.

Have you seen any notifications for that come through since you signed up? Have you checked the Xfinity Incentive Tracker to see if it is listed there? The website shows the fulfillment details.

@XfinityRay​ Yes I did check on the incentive tracker and it says record not found and if it's been more than 21 days since activation I should contact support
