I have an old utility pole in the alley that is going to be removed. I’ve had Xcell install a  ew pole and move the power lines. I need Comcast to move all their lines to the new pole.

Thanks. I have submitted a ticket # 052617442 on April 27th. I was told someone would call to schedule but have heard nothing. Should I submit a new request.
