Issues with rewards

I never used my rewards however I got an email to say I can get peacock premium for free. However evertime I try to redeem it I get an error message or it pops up and say I do not qualify, I am so confused I have tried it on my phone and two different computers

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
