Issues with Peacock and Paramount +

I am a diamond member and as a benefit, we have access to Peacock. I have activated Peacock via xfinity.com/activate-peacock. When I go to the URL, it confirms I have activated Peacock. When directed to peacocktv.com, it has me log in, and it shows that I must subscribe to watch, but when I click the button it puts up a pay wall and I have been unable to actually access Peacock free via Xfinity. How to I fix the integration to not pay for peacock? Additionally, we pay for showtime, but are unable to access the content as the showtime app has been closed and it makes you log into paramount, but it cannot be logged into via Xfinity tv access. So i guess how do I log in, but what have we been paying for?

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_4aj3of Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Did you have a previous subscription with Peacock before activating the free subscription? Did you try signing in with your Xfinity credentials or was it a third-party email?
 
With Showtime, the app was shut down by Paramount in December 2023, but you will still have access to watch live and On Demand content on your X1 TV Box and in the Xfinity Stream app.

Yes, I had a previous peacock account and tried to sign in with xfinity credentials and personal email. Personal email is what got the pay wall. Xfinity did not work

The activation process can be picky with Peacock Premium. Can you try logging into Peacock using your Xfinity credentials?
