Issues with Peacock and Paramount +
I am a diamond member and as a benefit, we have access to Peacock. I have activated Peacock via xfinity.com/activate-peacock. When I go to the URL, it confirms I have activated Peacock. When directed to peacocktv.com, it has me log in, and it shows that I must subscribe to watch, but when I click the button it puts up a pay wall and I have been unable to actually access Peacock free via Xfinity. How to I fix the integration to not pay for peacock? Additionally, we pay for showtime, but are unable to access the content as the showtime app has been closed and it makes you log into paramount, but it cannot be logged into via Xfinity tv access. So i guess how do I log in, but what have we been paying for?
