Issues with billing

I’ve been a customer for 3 years plus, I’ve always pay my bills and never ever late. Xfinity has been bogus charging me for numerous extra items and I’ve called them 5 times spending 5-8 hours trying to figure it out and they run me around and when I ask for a supervisor it takes 20 minutes to an hour to get one or they hang up on me[Edited: "Inflammatory"]!! This is the worse company and they treat there customers like [Edited: Language], they don’t care and always lie. I challenge anyone to question there billing and see what happens! Also, they will transfer you at least 3 times which you will spend hours trying to just get to anyone that can help you, also why are they accountable? No id numbers no names and when they hang up it goes to other countries and you have to start it all over, I’m canceling my service [Edited: "Soliciting"]

Hello, @user_zxbwt0  I definitely do not want you paying for anything that is not a valid charge. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
