Issue never resolved. No wifi.
I don’t know how many more times I need to reach out regarding my ability to have access to my account online. Now on top of that I can’t even do anything over the phone. I am currently sitting with no wifi because I cannot pay it. I’ve reached out many many times already due to the fact that I can only view my old account online and not my current one. When I hit the billing it says $0 balance due and it won’t switch to my current account. When I called to pay it, now I’m also told I don’t have an account?! This is seriously unacceptable that I can’t have access to view my bill, my account or do anything.

Good morning @user_lo1nfq, and thanks for using the Xfinity Forums to reach out to us today. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues viewing the current account on the Xfinity app so that you can pay it. As someone that works from home I know how important having internet is. In the Xfinity app there is a section that allows you to see the different accounts linked to the Xfinity ID and switch between them. When you go into the Xfinity app, do you see the current account listed?
