Is Xfinity senior leadership aware of their customer service short comings?

Is any one else at a loss on what to do about Xfinity’s lack of sense of urgency on helping their customers?  It’s to the point where we actually laugh every time we get a phone call asking if our tv is working. Of course it’s not because we can’t get a technician for a week. They obviously don’t keep notes or read them because some days it’s an outside issue and some days it’s an inside issue…it depends on who we are talking to.  It’s a sad day when a huge corporation becomes a joke in the industry.  Buyer Beware for those who are lucky enough not to have them as your provider.

We are sorry to hear that. Was the tech able to give you any insight about what needs to happen in order to restore service?
