Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_nmmgpu Hello! Thank you so much for using our Forums and for contacting our Xfinity Support Team. I see that you have some questions about our Prepaid Internet service and we are happy to help answer them today. If you are looking for how to enroll in Prepaid Auto-Refill visit here to see the steps. You do have that option to enroll as a new or existing Xfinity Prepaid customer. It is easy to sign up and I personally choose to do this option to stay on top of my bill every month.

Simple question, is my Xfinity home internet prepaid if I have automatic payments?

Yes, Xfinity Prepaid internet is a plan where you pay upfront for 30 days of service. You can enable auto-refill to have it automatically taken out of your preferred payment method, so it is a smooth experience every month. We have a lot of plans and options for everyone!

Great!  Can you tell me if I have that kind of plan?  I think I do, though do not know how to verify that.

@user_nmmgpu without getting into your account, I wouldn't be able to confirm what you have. You can though, the prepaid service is called NOW Internet and would have needed to sign up for service here: https://www.xfinity.com/now/internet

You can also visit this helpful broadband fact and label website, you'll just need to pop in your address, and then it will have your plan information:
