Is there any negotiation regarding Internet Essentials?
I have had Xfinity, this time, since 2021. I always made sure we had it and it was up to date. I qualify for Internet Essentials but I am told I would have to discontinue my service for 90 days. Is there any way around this?

Hello @Sillidee1971, the internet essentials program requires 90 days without traditional postpaid Xfinity internet for qualification. At this time there is no way around this. The Apply for Internet Essentials or Internet Essentials Plus from Xfinity article does go over a few things to keep in mind when applying for the program.
