Is it not possible to talk to someone over Live Chat?

Is it not possible to talk to someone over Live Chat? I cant get out of the Bot Loop saying to schedule someone to call at a later date or visit a store. I just wanted to change my plan (but the online system will not allow me to downgrade an plan) but at this point I'm ready to just leave entirely for Frontier... which also requires talking to someone over the phone at a later date or visiting a store.

Is there not a way to have a conversation via text?

This is beyond frustrating because xfinity has gone out of their way to make customers managing their accounts impossible.

You need to start your own thread.

Yeah I know what you mean I'm been trying for 3hrs now. To see if I can get my bill lowered to. I did a down graded a couple of days ago, to go in April and it just messed up my box and had send a tech out to find that out. Had the Tech take back all the other boxes back and took  XG1 and left XG2. He was suppose to leave the XG1.

But when I look the down grade charges over for taking my plane in half I would only save $10-$20. I'm about ready to take it down to all most nothing.

Maybe I should just put that antenna back on the roof and go back to verizon. My dad is the  only one that watches the tv. He's not got to be stuck in bed, like he was when I got the max for him.

But it just coast to much to keep any longer.
