Ipad

Hi. My name is [Edited: Personal Information]. I contacted xfinity because of a fee on my bill and the rep kept trying to get me to get an ipad I kept insisting I am on disability and don't need that but she kept saying oh its free and if you get it it will lower your monthly bill. I kept asking what I thought was good questions so I wasn't getting something I couldn't pay for and she kept saying oh no you will owe nothing. Now I'm getting money taken out of my account that is supposed to be for my bills and its gone. Please, please help me get this situated. The tablet has not been used its still in the box. Thanks.

user_r5s7fm Hi there! Thank you so much for using our Forums and for taking the time out of your day to write us. I understand that you are reaching out due to a recent ipad purchase and we are here to review the account to see how we can assist. In order to get started can you shoot us over a DM with your complete name and service address?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
