Hello @user_ddf581! Thank you fore reaching out to our community forum. I can certainly understand how concerning it would be to get that message. Rest assured we would never charge you for anything without your permission. This also does not appear to a website or phone number we are associated with. I'll be happy to double check your account though if you'd like. If so, could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

  • - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

  • Press Enter to send it

Karen Williams I called and with my information no one could give me an answer..if so are there any monthly fees to be charged for this item ? Or is it a free giveaway as I have service with xfinity?

@XfinityMorgan I received the same offer. It said to take a survey of nine questions and I only have to pay one dollar for a free new iPad Pro
