Hello. I’ve been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for many years.
Right now I have a bundle with TV, phone, and internet, and I’m paying about $200 per month.
I no longer use the TV service or the home phone service.
I only want internet service.
My usage is simple: I watch YouTube, stream movies, browse the internet, and occasionally do video calls. I do not need a bundle.
Please remove the TV and phone services and give me your best price for internet-only service.
I do not want to pay for services I do not use.
Also, please tell me:
What internet-only plans are available at my address
The total monthly price including all fees and equipment
Whether there is any contract or promotional expiration
Whether I can use my own modem/router to lower the monthly bill
If you have a loyalty offer for existing customers, please apply the best available one to my account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
