Do not recommend xfinity customer service to anyone. We lost internet and cable on a Friday afternoon . Took over an hour to reach an actual person to talk to who states they can not come out until Tuesday , 4 days without internet or Tv . Not to mention this is 3rd time this month this happened . They stated they would prorate the bill which has not happened one time since internet issues . 4 days without internet and cable is ridiculous when you pay on time monthly . Customer service and care about customers is awful 0/10
