I accidentally ordered Wi-Fi because I was trying to see what the price was and I called and canceled they still sent it can I keep it until I’m ready to start my plan

Hi there, @user_gg7s0l! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Ouch! Once an order is placed there is a very small timeframe in which the equipment order is already in motion and not able to be cancelled, which sounds like it's what happened here. The problem now is that if the account is inactive with equipment, not too long after, the equipment would be charged in full. We don't have a mechanism to stop that from occurring temporarily, so if it will be some time before you activate, it may be best to return it.
