Chrislove2000 thank you for reaching out and using the Community Forums page. We would be more than happy to get your service back up and running. After all, I know how important a working connection is as someone who relies on one to work from home. What troubleshooting steps have you attempted so far?

All I did what to unplug that lead to restart the internet again. But no avail

Thanks @Chrislove2000, Would you be able to check the quality of the cable line to ensure there is no hard bends, kinks, cuts, or bite marks that could interfere with the cable signal reaching the modem. Do you also use a rental modem or use your own personal modem? 

If you do not have already, I highly recommend downloading the Xfinity App on your mobile device where you can check the current status of the account, equipment, and services. If there is a service interruption in your area causing the services to not work, it would provide you with further details.
