I’ve been having the outage issue since the storm and I called them multiple times telling them that there’s a hazardous internet line on the ground that is cut in half one end hangin from my house the other line across the neighbors driveway where they step on it daily with vehicles! The outage was repaired and I called again multiple times to report this hazardous Line and seems like they don’t care they will send someone when they are available rather than someone asap! 🤦🏻♀️I’m so frustrated with all this also it’s ridiculous how they don’t take dangerous and hazardous down lines serious!! I’m done
