The latest update for Houston said all users without internet do not have power, and that is incorrect. My home internet is still not working. I have had power back since Saturday, and still do not have WiFi. 

xfinity makes it impossible to get in contact with anyone for assistance. The bot provides 0 information and there are not any phone numbers or emails to contact. Absolutely horrible customer service.
