Internet, TV and Phone Outages reported on Outage Map last 3 day days at approximately 9PM EST through 12AM EST in Pennsylvania 15143 zip code. Service has been adversely impacted by these repeated outages (beginning 7/2/25).
Is Xfinity actually aware of this issue? If so, what action plan has been implemented?

@brunman31 - Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forum with these service interruption concerns. As you seem to already know, you're in a great place for support! Our Digital Care Team is awesome to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Based on what you've stated about these interruptions being reported in the Map, I would say we definitely do know about it, and I am positive our field team is working hard to implement a more permanent fix. We provide some ways for you to keep track of updates as they become available - you may use the Xfinity App and/or visit our Status Center for further details. Please let me know if that helps! And thank you so much for your patience while our technicians and engineers engage in a resolution.

I have been one of the longest customers of Comcast/Xfinity...since the 80s. I reached a Platinum customer service level...apparently. However, that must not mean much because I have been on the phone trying to speak to someone about an outage in my area. It comes across as "we'll take your $$$, but we don't a [Edited: Language] about providing REAL customer service to our customers when we want to speak to a LIVE human being." That IS TERRIBLE customer service. I told you the last time we spoke, how Verizon had been knocking on my door time and again to steal me from you and you don't have the decency to speak to me, but you will give a $300.00 bill?? This is what angry customers sound like when you give us the run around, take our money, drop our service without telling us and then leave us to your robotic voice mistress: Karen.
