Internet trouble

Internet has been down since last night. It happens once a week. I was given a ticket by a chat agent. What should I do with the ticket?

Hi @user_x0bwpx thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. The ticket would be for your records if you ever needed to reference it. When tickets are created it links your account to the issue at hand.
