Internet still out/no response from Xfinity
Ever since hurricane Helene I have not had internet. I had an appointment for tech to come out but they said there is an issue with a line off of my property that needs to be fixed by maintenance before mine can be reconnected. It’s been days and I have not gotten an update or seen any maintenance working. I try to contact customer service but can only get a bot chat which is no help and just says there is no outage in my area, which there clearly is.
