Internet speeds

Why the [Edited: "Language"] am I paying you $200+ dollars per month for 875 mbps? And why the [Edited: "Language"] do I not get those speeds that I’m paying for? Your [Edited: "Language"] me over intentionally. 🙃

Thank you for reaching out through our Xfinity Community forum @user_zk4xb1 to let us know your concerns.  We would be happy to assist you in troubleshooting your connection. 

For us to do so, please send us a direct message (I have included some helpful instructions below on how to do that) with your Full Name, and your Service Address.

Once we receive that information and locate your account, we will get you verified and be able to run some diagnostics on your services to help determine if there is an impairment or issue with your services. 

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
