Internet speeds
My Internet speeds have been so bad lately that I’ve been trying to call and call to increase my speed. I’ve tried using the app and their online website every time it says that I can’t change my plan at all and I keep trying to call but all their phone numbers go to an automated Person that does not help you whatsoever. They just kick you right off the phone. They never actually send you to a real agent to help you out.
