Internet service question
I had a technician come out to install internet service on 9/20. He said the closest tap is across the street, it needs a line run from the tap to an adjacent pole (across the street from the tap) and then to my pole.
The technician also mentioned they have a crew that will run the line when they come up here.
I would like to know when I can get internet service. I’ll provide my address if needed in a direct message.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
