Internet Service Price Increase
Hello Xfinity Support,
I am currently using Xfinity Internet with a maximum speed of 300 Mbps. Until last month, I was paying $50 per month, but I noticed that the bill for this month has increased to $70.
I would like to know if there are any promotions or offers available that can bring my monthly cost back down. If no offers are available, I would like to proceed with canceling my internet service.
Please let me know the options available.

Greetings @user_4tx3iy, sounds like you have just had a promotion roll off of your services. We can certainly review your account and go over the promotions available in your area! Just send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
