Internet Service outages

I just don't understand Xfinity how you have outages in some areas with your internet services around the time customers get off of work to come home to no service but charge a arm and leg for your service. The internet been down since 4pm and still hasn't been resolved but you want that payment every month. If it was more internet services out I would have been left Xfinity and this is what customers have to deal with this is not a one time thing you have all am to fix this but wait until the evening to work on the internet is just crazy

Interruptions can happen for various reasons such as weather or issues at the node for example. Sometimes, these interruptions are scheduled, or planned maintenance events that are intended to improve the network in our service footprint.

 

You can always check through the Xfinity MyAccount app or https://www.xfinity.com/support/status for interruptions.

  1. Sign into the community. 
  2. Click the message count or envelope icon to go to our private message inbox 
  3. Click the New Message icon. 
  4. Enter Xfinity Support in the Send to field. 
  5. Type the reply in the Message box. 
  6. Click Enter to send your message. 
  7. You can see your back-and-forth messages with any user by clicking the messages.
