Internet service cancellation
Hello,
I’d like to cancel my current Xfinity internet service under my name because I’ve moved out of the apartment. My former roommate will be setting up a new account/service separately under their own name for the same address.
Could you please let me know the steps needed to cancel my service and confirm the effective cancellation date?
