Internet service cancellation request issue
I'm checking on a cancellation request I made over the phone on Jan 14th for account [Edited: "Personal Information"] . The agent said the system was down and they couldn't give me a ticket number or email, but promised a backdated stop date of January 14th and a refund for the Jan 15–21 period. Can you please confirm the ticket number and that these credits are noted on my account?
