Internet problems

I have had internet issues over the last 3 weeks particularly overnight.  The internet is either intermittent and unusable or goes out all together. A tech has been to my home 4 out of the last 5 days and all tell me the same thing. All the wiring and modem in my house are working properly and are brand new/been replaced.  They tell me the issue is in the line on the street.  However the team the address the lines on the road only will come out when there is an outage of three or more homes having an issue.  Problem is I’m the only house in my block that uses Comcast and I’m at the end of the line so there will never be enough issues that qualify as an outage. How to I get the team to fix the issue if there is no possible to be an outage in my area?  Any suggestions would be appreciated before I have to switch to another provider that can give me what I actually pay for.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @Potterd456

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
