Internet pricing not available through customer service
I am planning to move next month to the Battle Creek, MI area. The "customer service" agent I chatted with could not provide plans and pricing information. He sent me a link to a page that didn't work and sent me to a page with a phone number I had already called. If you remove all ways for a customer to contact someone you will lose business. I don't have time to mess around with chats and bots that can't solve a problem or answer questions. Please contact me with a live agent who can answer questions.
